English-speaking barnehage in Norway?

I am presently involved in a research project and I am eager to find child care centres in Norway where English is spoken on a regular basis. This could be anything from an English speaking member of staff using English to communicate with the (Norwegian) children, or Norwegian staff using English songs, games etc. in a consistent manner and for the purpose of English.learning

 

I would really appreciate any tips from you if you know of any such barnahage in your area.

There are two kindergardens here in Stavanger where I believe they speak English on a daily basis:

There is an international pre-school/ barnehage in Oslo and one in Bærum:

I see that it's been a while since you wrote so you may not be checking this but incase you are.... "Stavne tospråklige barnehage" in Trondheim is a bilingual daycare. I won't go too much into it incase you're not checking this anymore. Send me a message if you're looking for any additional information

Hi Xilde,

 

We just relocated in Oslo and are looking for an English or bilingual English-Norvegian child care for our 18 months old daughter. I was hopping your research went well and that you could share some findings with me, since I really struggle to find any facility offering a child care in English. So far, I have only been answered that it does not exist in Oslo, and that surprises me so much!!!! Especially after having read the answers to your post, it seems English day cares exist in Stavanger, Bergen, ... why not the capital of Norway????
