Any recommended books about childbirth?

I was just wondering if anybody could recommend a good book that describes the whole process of childbirth. I have several pregnancy books but they are really lacking in details regarding what actually happens. I am having my first baby in January and I would like to better prepare myself for what to expect!

I mostly read on the internet about it, there are many good sites i got some free books from the jordmor and the doctor i thought they were ok, but you can always look at the book store or on amazon

There's a book by Sheila Kitzinger (don't remember the name right now)that describes the process very well. It can be found both in norwegian and english. Also, "What to expect when you are expecting" is an excellent book, but you have to order it on amazon, since they don't sell it in Norway.

I liked New Pregnancy and Birth by Dr Miriam Stoppard. Actually she has written loads of books on pregnancy and childbirth, see
