Jenna Skrevet 26. januar 2011 #7 Skrevet 26. januar 2011 A little one I take care of, his name is Brage (brah-guh). I think its a really cool, unique name and sounds great in both English and Norwegian (I'm American, and the way I pronounce it it sounds neat) Brage(i) is a Norse god.

Virvelvind Skrevet 1. mai 2011 #9 Skrevet 1. mai 2011 http://www.babynamesgarden.com/aresults.aspx is one of the sites that offer some variation in the searches and the meaning of the names, There was 3 different norse versions, the old norse option had the best options that | could see Coping over the names it suggested: Astrid Erica Erika Ingrid Sky Solveig Torry Tyra Others that didn't come on that list would be: Alvdis Aud Eyr Frøya (Froya) Gunnhild Idunn Ingeborg Jorid Signe Siv Ragnhild Rannveig Torunn Tordis There is others as well, some sound really terrible in english though, and compared to those the ok ones came along on this list Can't say if all are norse, but most should be Good luck on the name hunt!
