Mother & baby group Oslo

Hello english speakers!

 

Does anyone know of, or are interested in starting, an english speaking mother and baby group in the oslo city area? I myself am half british/norwegian with a baby girl of 4 months and would be interested to meet other expats in similar situation/on maternity leave etc.

I know this was posted a little while back, but I would definitely be interested. My barselgruppe never really happened and I would love to meet some other parents in Oslo. I have an almost 5 month old baby girl and we live in Torshov.

 

We're heading back to Australia for a month between mid-November and mid-December, but I'm on maternity leave until next August and would love to catch up with some other expat parents.

There is a very friendly international mother and baby group that meets every Wednesday morning during term time at Høvik Kirke.

You should definitely try it, it's a quick bus ride or car ride from Oslo.

Since there seemed to be so much interest in a baby group in Oslo, a few of us have been meeting up and getting to know each other. It would be great to arrange a regular meeting for everyone.
