contacting a Dagmamma

Hi! I'm back again with my queries. I have been looking for a kindergarten for my 7 month old daughter and I have been so unsuccessful. I think a Dagmamma will be a better option for me. My only problem is that I do not know how to get in touch with them. All the announcements are in Norwegian. The problem is that right now I am in Portugal and will be arriving with my whole family mid-february. I hope to learn norwegian once in Oslo. I really have to start working on the 1st of march ( my daughter will be 9 months). Does anyone know how I could get in touch with a Dagmamma despite the language barrier? I am really looking for some advice or a solution on this forum. Thanks!

you can post your advertisment in english there, in that case dagmamma can contact you instead.

If you look on the menu bar to the left, there is a link called 'Dagmamma...' and then the area. try there. Most people understand english very well and will answer you in english.

 

You can also go on www.finn.no and look there for Dagmamma. You can also place an ad there yourself. Do you have someone to help you w/the norwegian wording?
