Sivalur Skrevet 30. juni 2008 #1 Skrevet 30. juni 2008 I am sending wedding invitations to England, and I am wondering how to end them. In the Norwegian ones we have put 'Med vennlig hilsen'. In the English version I'm thinking of putting 'Sincerely'. What do you reckon? Thanks!
Kiwi mamma Skrevet 1. juli 2008 #2 Skrevet 1. juli 2008 I think sincerely should be okay, or with kind regards. I am not really sure on the protocol in England, I think it may be a little more formal than where I am from. If your fiance's family are from England perhaps they can help? I had to ask svigermor about Norwegian invitations as my husband had no idea! The other thing I would recommend is to check you have used English English, not American English. Lykke til!
