The nordic male name Even :) Please HELP!

Dear norwegian moms

 

I was searching names on the internet for my baby and i really like the name Even, i'm just not sure if i'm about to pronounce it correctly. Maybe i say the 'e' letters wrong...

My tipp is:

both E:s - like in english word 'get'

or should i pronounce the first E, like in the norwegian word 'nyhet'
