4th keisersnitt...how early?

Have had 3 keisersnitts within 4.5 years (1 acute due to baby being seriously ill, 1 planned due to baby having health complication, and the 3rd planned due to not being allowed to try for a natural birth). Are now pregnant with 4th baby. Our first child was taken quickly at 38 weeks, 2nd was planned for 9 days before termin, 3rd was planned 2 weeks before termin. Anyone had 4 keisersnitts? If so, how many days before termin was 4th keisersnitt undertaken? (P.S Replies in Norwegian are fine)
